We are looking for a CSR specialist with experience in LCA and responsible sourcing

Some of your main duties & responsibilities:

- Contribute to analysis and assessment the full life cycle of our existing products & processes and for new development projects
- Continuous improvement of our products portfolio (in modelisation and in environmental impact)
- Communicate environmental performance to internal and external partners including customers
- Contribute to responsible sourcing with
- evaluation, engagement of suppliers to drive change for positive impact
- responsible sourcing in high-risk raw materials (palm, soy) on deforestation, human rights and biodiversity
- support on alternatives raw materials for circularity and decarbonisation

You'll succeed if:

You have

- a bachelor's or master's degree in chemistry or a related field.
- having experience in LCA and/or responsible sourcing is considered advantageous
- Your analytical mind enables you to gather, analyze and organize big amounts of data
- You are a social enthusiast and enjoy collaborating with colleagues across various departments and geographical locations.
- You are passionate about climate topics, sustainability & ecodesign.
- Your strong interpersonal skills enable effective collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.
- You are fluent in English and French; Dutch is an additional asset.
- You are willing to occasionally travel to various Oleon sites (approximately 10%), and if you desire to explore more travel opportunities, it's feasible.
